Commercial Lines Account Manager

LoPriore Insurance Agency is looking for a results-oriented, experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager who is highly customer service-focused and enjoys working in a fast-paced, professional environment. If you do a great job and are fully committed to being a great team player, you will thrive at LoPriore Insurance.

The Account Manager’s primary role will be to oversee a growing portfolio of assigned customers and provide superior customer service daily.

Principal Responsibilities:

Quote new policies and changes on existing policies

Prepare applications and process new policies
Establish and grow relationships with existing clients, where you will provide excellent and consistent customer service
Promote new and existing accounts by contacting clients, completing applications, determining proper coverage, rating, and carrier placement
Effectively work with clients to help solve any insurance-related issue promptly
Review in detail client coverage, forms, and exclusions during new, renewal, or other client interactions
Round accounts to ensure appropriate risk coverage
Review renewals for accuracy and check for premium increases; requite as necessary
Develop close working relationships with our assigned Underwriters
Work closely with Producers to assist with existing and new clients on all aspects of an account, including proposal preparation, while keeping them fully informed
Complete all necessary MA Registry paperwork while navigating the RMV website
Create certificates, evidence of property, and binders as requested
Maintain all client information within our management system (AMS 360)
Keep up a strong technical knowledge of commercial lines coverage & rating through continuing education

Requirements Include:

A minimum of three (3) years Commercial Lines Agency experience
Strong working knowledge of Commercial Insurance coverage
Experience handling all aspects of small Commercial Risks
Active MA Property and Casualty License
Strong background using AMS 360, Excel, and Microsoft Word a plus.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills Strong ability to multi-task
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Exceptional attention to detail
Friendly, outgoing, energetic personality
Top-notch customer service skills and experience
Able to work with Cutting-edge technology environment – Triple Monitors, and Paperless environment
Full-time availability: M-F, 8:30 a.m. – 5 p.m.
